PRODUCT DETAILS
125 DERPROOF 22: This is a Polyurea and poylurethane based elastomeric system. It cosists resin component 22A and isocyanate component 22B.
125 DERPROOF 8: This dual component polyurea system based form amin, polyol and aromatic isocyanate and developed for surface protection of metal, concrete, wood and EPS.
Apply dual component (solvent free) %100 pure epoxy lining to the clean surface with roll or similar tool approximately 250gr to square meter area. Sprinkle silica sand with 0,7-1mm thickness on wet lining to make lining surface rough.
Polyurea spray process can be started after epoxy lining dried completely. Dual component, VOC free, polyurea (A component: isocyanate and B component: polyether amin) with %500 elasticity, applied with special spray machine with 2500psi pressure at 80 Celcius temperature. After application, product drying period (gelling time) will be maximum 10 seconds and for foot traffic maximum 120 seconds will be sufficient.
Polyurea surface thicknes must be minimum 2,00 mm (2kg/m2). Critical areas like joint points should be specially treated. There shouldn’t be any pore or gap left after application completed.
Product’s tensile strength, tear resistance, hardness, elasticity, rotary abrasion, viscosity properties must be suitable with standards. Products technical properties defined in below. Product must cure quickly. Product can be applied atmospheres at low and high temperature. Product must be resistant to highly abrasive and friction effects. Product must be resistant to acids and alkali between ph3-11.
